Please be informed that XREX Pay will undergo scheduled system maintenance on September 22, 2026. During the maintenance period, XREX Pay services will be temporarily unavailable as detailed below.
- Maintenance Date: Tuesday, September 22, 2026
- Maintenance Hours: 10:00 AM–16:00 PM (UTC+8)
Services affected during the maintenance period:
- Users will be unable to log in to or access the XREX Pay platform.
- Transaction services will be unavailable, including fiat-to-Digital Payment Token (DPT) conversions, DPT-to-DPT conversions, fiat and DPT transfers via BitCheck, PayLynk services, and Payout services.
- Any pending USD, SGD, or DPT deposits and withdrawals submitted before the maintenance begins will be processed once the maintenance has been completed.
Service Resumption
XREX Pay services are scheduled to resume at 16:00 PM (UTC+8) on September 22, 2026 upon completion of the scheduled maintenance. During the maintenance period, all XREX Pay services will be temporarily unavailable. We encourage you to complete any necessary transactions in advance.
If the maintenance is completed ahead of schedule, the affected services may resume earlier than the scheduled time. Please note that the resumption of services may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
