To minimize inconvenience, XREX has decided to merge the system maintenance originally scheduled for tomorrow with the wallet provider’s upgrade on December 22, 2024 (Sunday). During the wallet upgrade, cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable. By consolidating these maintenance activities, we aim to reduce the impact on your experience caused by multiple disruptions.
The unified maintenance is scheduled for December 22, 2024 (Sunday), during which all services will be suspended for 2 hours, while cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals will be suspended for 4 hours. Additionally, the adjustment to the Convert Service Fee, originally set to take effect on December 13, 2024, will now be implemented the day after the maintenance is completed.
