台股投資人為何開始擁抱加密貨幣？三大市場趨勢搶先看

重點摘要傳統金融、區塊鏈金融界線日趨模糊，現在正是台股投資人，進場參與加密貨幣投資的關鍵時刻。除了美國正式推出比特幣現貨 ETF ，灰度（Grayscale）、貝萊德（BlackRock）這些資產管理公司，都有推出配置比特幣的基金，台灣「虛擬通貨公會」也正式成立，金融機構與監管單位的態度都出現變化。比特幣不只有價值，更是一款大家都認證的「新資產」。加密貨幣在金融上的應用，和既有的金融概念並沒有差異，因為金融就是金融，只是工具和標的出現了更多元豐富的選擇。作者 / 高敬原 Carlos 從 2008 年發明以來，比特幣（Bitcoin, BTC）的地位在過去 16 年裡，歷經了巨大的轉變，從一度被痛批「毫無價值」，到現在成為金融專家和投資機構認真看待的「新資產」。比特幣用時間證明了自身的價值，傳統金融、區塊鏈金融界線日趨模糊，而現在，正是台股投資人，進場參與加密貨幣投資的關鍵時刻。全民投資比特幣時代來臨！從三大轉變看起從美國而起的次級房貸危機，在 2008 年形成撲向全球的「金融海嘯」，許多曾被民眾信任的銀行、金融機構陷入破產倒閉危機，讓人們見識到中心化金融機構的脆弱。比特幣就在這樣的背景下誕生，匿名人物「中本聰（Satoshi Nakamoto）」在網路上，發表了比特幣白皮書《比特幣：一個點對點的電子現金系統》（Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System），提出了「去中心化數位貨幣及支付系統」概念。中本聰一開始的設計，是希望比特幣能成為新一代的全球通用的貨幣，對抗中心化金融的脆弱。雖然願景很美好，但一開始認識比特幣價值的人很少，還因為匿名、去中心化的特性，被不肖分子濫用於暗網交易、詐騙等不法行為。在法律定位上，目前只有位於中美洲的薩爾瓦多（Salvador），將比特幣設為該國法幣；XREX 法遵團隊曾撰文分析，多數監管單位為了避免金融詐騙與市場操縱，大多將傳統金融商品的管控方式，直接套用在加密貨幣投資上；樂觀看待加密貨幣發展的國家，則會將加密資產歸類為商品，也更願意和民間企業合作，共同防堵逃漏稅及洗錢行為。圖說：在法律定位上，目前只有位於中美洲的薩爾瓦多（Salvador），將比特幣設為該國法幣。圖片來源：Canva 根據中本聰的設計，比特幣的發行總量只有 2100 萬枚，因為跟黃金有類似的稀缺性以及價值存儲功能，因此也被稱為「數位黃金」。中國工商銀行（ICBC）在今年 6 月的一份分析報告中，也罕見稱讚比特幣由於稀缺的特性，宛如是「數位黃金」；前央行總裁彭淮南，更早在 2013 年就說過，比特幣類似於一種貴金屬。但比特幣是否真的存在價值，這 16 年來也受到不少批評。美國知名對沖基金巨鱷、潘興廣場資本管理公司（Pershing Square Capital Management）執行長比爾·艾克曼（Bill Ackman），就曾痛批比特幣毫無內在價值，還說他絕對不會投資，但艾克曼在今年（2024）三月時改口，表示會開始考慮買入比特幣。比特幣到底有沒有價值？是不是真正的「新資產」？台股投資人能進場了嗎？看以下 3… Read More
