首獲SBI投資，金融科技公司XREX運用區塊鏈技術，解決新興市場美元稀缺與金流問題 金融科技公司XREX今宣布完成新台幣4.7億（美金1700萬）Pre-A輪融資，金額是原訂目標的兩倍。為了推進新興市場的普惠金融，XREX以區塊鏈技術提供數位貨幣與法定貨幣轉換服務，此輪資金將有助XREX整合各國法幣管道、加速取得國際金融執照、對接全球金融機構，並與數位錢包服務商建立策略性夥伴關係。 首獲SBI投資，金融科技公司XREX運用區塊鏈技術，解決新興市場美元稀缺與金流問題 此輪由中華開發(TWSE: 2883)領投，獲美國、加拿大、德國、愛沙尼亞、新加坡、日本、香港及台灣的銀行、國際創投與金融科技專業投資人的支持，其中更不乏上市公司，彰顯XREX在合規與遵循監管所繳出的實績獲得認可。 知名創投如SBI Holdings (TYO: 8473) 的子公司SBI Investment、Global Founders Capital、ThreeD Capital(CSE: IDK)、玉山創投（TWSE：2884）、精誠資訊（TWSE：6214）、萬豐資本、Metaplanet Holdings、AppWorks之初創投、New Economy Ventures，以及Seraph Group，都參與本次融資。在此之前，XREX已於2019年完成新台幣2億（美金700萬）種子輪融資，當時由AppWorks之初創投領投，並獲得國發基金、Skype 共同創辦人Tovio Annus、Metaplanet Holdings、萬豐資本、中華開發、美商中經合集團、及幣託注資。 中華開發創新加速基金總經理郭大經表示：「做為XREX早期投資人，我們見證該公司營收快速成長，在法令遵循的堅持與力道更是有目共睹，因此決定在這一輪領投並加倍投資。」 XREX共同創辦人兼執行長黃耀文是國際著名的資安專家，他表示：「我們之所以切身感受新興市場痛點，是因為許多XREX團隊成員都曾在發展中國家生活、工作，看見當地跨境金流商沒有取得美元的安全管道而痛苦掙扎。我們深知，區塊鏈技術的最佳應用在於推進全球普惠金融，這也正是XREX的願景與使命。」… ...閱讀更多
